Camden's Yard, LLC will make reasonable efforts to maintain service during these conditions but reserves the right to adjust the schedule of service based on the sole discretion of the Pet Caretaker. Should this occur, the remaining time will be supplemented with indoor playtime. For clients who schedule regular services, there may be some days where extra time is spent with the pet and some days where it must be cut a few minutes short. Additionally, a 1-2 hour window for arrival will be provided with the understanding that unavoidable delays may occur so an exact time is not always possible to guarantee.

Sitting

For overnight services at my home, I agree to provide Camden's Yard with any preferences or rules of the house. I will note any off-limit areas and agree the Pet Caretaker will be able to use the kitchen, bathroom, WiFi, and other reasonable appliances unless I specify not. I will indicate whether I require the Pet Caretaker to spend the night or not. If so, I will provide a private area where they can sleep. With a reasonable expectation of privacy, no device(s) will record anything done or said in any bathroom(s) or shower(s) on my property. In addition, when the Pet Caretaker is inside of a structure on my property, there will be no audio recording therein and no recording of any kind in any area where I have agreed to let said person sleep (i.e., their assigned bedroom(s)).  If there are any recording devices in the common areas of the home, I will notify Camden's Yard, LLC of their existence, but am not required to identify them. At the end of the stay, your Pet Caretaker will strip the bed and place the linens in the laundry basket and endeavor to leave the home in the same condition that it was left or better. Camden's Yard, LLC will be happy to gather your mail/packages and place in a predetermined location during the stay. I will let them know if there is any other things i would like the Pet Caretaker to do (i.e. water the garden, feed fish, etc) and understand there may be a fee added. Camden's Yard, LLC agrees the Pet Caretaker will not book more than one sitting at a time and will be present as much as possible during the day, but there may be periods of time when the Pet Caretaker is away from the home.
